We manage the procurement, commissioning and reporting requirements as required by the client. Adopting both a committed and sensitive approach to stakeholder engagement, noting political influences and local priorities, our experience focuses on retaining that critical client-architect-contractor relationship.  Strategically, our work responds to and influences local policy and planning, maximising opportunities to elicit best value, taking great attention to extending the opportunities offered through construction programmes.
